Lindsay Lohan strikes a rise on the cover of Japanese magazine Fashion Gal.The 24-year-old actress rocked different looks for the fashion spread, including a floral print dress and a pink turban.

Although Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, is negotiating a plea deal for his crime of grand theft case, sources tell TMZ Linds will not go along with it if it means prison. Judge Keith Schwartz, however, says Lind's "last hearing that a deal will include anywhere from three to six months behind bars.

Lindsay reportedly wants to go to trial because she believes a surveillance tape from the jewelry store whose owners have accused her of stealing a necklace, will clear his name.
